1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Orassy Health website and the booking of services at our clinic. By booking a session you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of our services

Our therapies are complementary and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your GP about medical concerns. Results vary between individuals.

3. Bookings, cancellations and refunds

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Package sessions are valid for 6 months from purchase.

4. Pricing

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable and may change; the price at the time of booking applies.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our clinic and practitioners are fully insured.
