BrainTap Therapy
Twenty minutes with a headset. A calmer, sharper brain — and, over six weeks, a new default setting.
In plain language
BrainTap uses gently pulsing light — through a visor and the ears — and layered sound to guide your brain out of the high-beta stress state and into calm, focused or deeply restorative states. Your brain naturally follows the rhythm; you just close your eyes and listen.
One session brings immediate relaxation. Repeated sessions rewire the pattern: we recommend three sessions a week for six weeks to make calm your brain’s automatic response to daily stress.

The science & mechanism (technical detail)
Audio-Visual Entrainment uses binaural beats and isochronic tones to shift the brain from High Beta into Alpha (8–12 Hz, calm focus), Theta (4–8 Hz, deep relaxation and subconscious learning), Delta (0.5–4 Hz, restorative sleep) and Gamma (40+ Hz, high-level cognition). Visual oscillations via LED visor balance the hemispheres; auricular light stimulates peripheral acupuncture points to calm the central nervous system.
By inducing theta, the brain enters a receptive hypnagogic window in which guided visualisation and neuro-linguistic cues bypass conscious resistance. Permanent restructuring relies on neuroplasticity: a minimum of three sessions per week over six weeks.
