Audio-Light / Visual Therapy
Light and sound, precisely timed, that guide the brain from overdrive into calm — measurable within a single session.
In plain language
Audio-Light / Visual therapy — also called audio-visual entrainment — works with a simple fact: the brain mimics the rhythms it's exposed to. By delivering synchronised pulses of light and sound at specific frequencies we can invite the brain into the state you need: relaxed focus, deep rest or restorative sleep.
We deliver this primarily through the BrainTap system, and often pair it with a Bio-Well assessment so you can see your nervous system change before and after.
Who it's for
- Anxiety and hyper-vigilance after stress or trauma
- Insomnia and unrefreshing sleep
- Brain fog and difficulty concentrating
- Supporting emotional processing alongside therapy

The science & mechanism (technical detail)
Frequency-following response: cortical activity synchronises to external periodic stimuli. Auditory input uses binaural beats and isochronic tones; visual input uses LED visor oscillations that also promote hemispheric balance.
Progress can be tracked with the Bio-Well Psychosomatic Assessment — Electro-Photonic Imaging of fingertip emissions that maps organ-system strain and derives a sympathetic / parasympathetic stress index, giving a tangible before-and-after baseline.
Frequently asked
How is this different from BrainTap?
BrainTap is the device and programme library we use to deliver audio-visual entrainment. This page explains the therapy; the BrainTap page explains the programme.
How soon will I feel calmer?
Usually within the first session; lasting change comes with repetition.
