Red Light Therapy
Specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light that recharge your cells, ease inflammation and speed recovery.
In plain language
Red and near-infrared light penetrates the skin and is absorbed by the mitochondria — the power plants inside your cells — boosting energy production and reducing oxidative stress. The result is less inflammation, quicker repair and, for many, a lift in mood and sleep quality.
Sessions are warm, quiet and relaxing. Red light is a natural partner to Tesla Plasma in injury recovery and to BrainTap in burnout programmes.

The science & mechanism (technical detail)
Photobiomodulation uses red (approximately 630–660 nm) and near-infrared (approximately 810–850 nm) wavelengths. Light is absorbed by cytochrome-c oxidase in the mitochondrial respiratory chain, increasing ATP synthesis, modulating reactive oxygen species and nitric oxide release, and improving local circulation.
Used within our frequency-medicine framework alongside PEMF, plasma and microcurrent modalities.
Frequently asked
Is it like a sunbed?
No — there is no UV. It does not tan or damage skin.
How often should I come?
Two to three times weekly during recovery; weekly for maintenance.
Recharge at a cellular level
Add red light to any visit, or book it on its own.
