Talk to someone today.
Answered by a volunteer who has been divorced himself. You do not need to be a member, and you do not need to give your real name.
If today is an emergency
If you are thinking about harming yourself, please do not wait for us. In the US and Canada, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. In the UK, call Samaritans free on 116 123, day or night. If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.

What happens when you get in touch
Someone listens. That is the whole of it.
If you want to be put in touch with a group, a mentor or a professional, we will do that. If you only wanted to say it out loud to someone, that is a complete and legitimate use of this line.
Nobody will ask you to explain why the marriage ended, and nobody will ask you to justify yourself.
Send us a message
Only your name and email are required.
What should we call you? Your first name, an initial, or something else entirely. We never ask for your surname and we never show this to another member without your say-so.
Email address. So we can reply. Used for nothing else, ever.
Anything you want to say. Leave it blank if you would rather not. Plenty of men do.
Read how we protect your identity and what we store in your privacy and anonymity.
If you would rather not speak to anyone yet
That is completely normal, and there is plenty here that does not require you to talk to a soul.
